Scott leads a team of passionate, dedicated, and highly skilled professional coaches who support Franklin candidates to develop the technical and professional skills required for a successful career in tech. Scott has been instrumental in establishing the Professional Success Coaching model, which includes comprehensive support for individuals and employers throughout the entirety of the apprenticeship program. He also oversees the delivery of Franklin’s own Registered Apprenticeship Standard for Professional Success Coaching, a year–long apprenticeship program that is a requirement for every Franklin Success Coach to complete.
Opening Doors to Success, One Apprentice at a Time
Scott came to Franklin with 30 years of sales and marketing experience. He supported companies ranging from growing start-ups to Fortune 500 companies by hiring, onboarding, and coaching junior sales talent. His experience as a role model and mentor has provided a wealth of knowledge for his transition to Franklin, where his team supports career-changers and junior tech talent to develop both life and business skills.
Scott is based in Baltimore and is active in his local community. He has convened a group to fund scholarship opportunities for promising students to attend Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, where he also serves as the Men’s Varsity Soccer Head Coach.
