As Franklin Apprenticeships’ Interim Chief Revenue Officer, Mike Rapaport is responsible for driving growth by integrating marketing and sales efforts. Mike’s dedication to providing the best client experience is rooted in several decades of building and leading software companies where he chronically struggled to recruit top-quality, diverse tech talent. When he discovered Franklin’s approach to on-the-job training and tech apprenticeships, he became motivated to increase access to a solution to a very real business challenge that also changed people’s lives.
His leadership at Franklin Apprenticeships has been vital to introducing apprenticeships to American business leaders as a diverse, untapped talent pipeline for organizations across the country.
“Success is not final; failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.”
– Winston Churchill
