He has specific experience in building high-performing sales teams and repeatable selling models that accelerate revenue growth. He also has a track record of taking pride in positively affecting the lives and careers of the members of his team.
As the Vice President of Sales at Franklin, Mike is overseeing the expansion of the sales team while charting a path to exceed the company’s lofty growth projections. Mike enjoys a healthy challenge and recognizes that success depends on a blend of creativity, listening skills, discipline and surrounding himself with overachievers who never sit still.
Mike enjoys volunteering in his local community. He’s served as a Board Member for Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County which helps elderly individuals with the tasks of everyday life, allowing them to stay in their homes a little longer. He also enjoys spending time with his family, riding his bike, and building holiday displays for his local church.
