Dom is one of the industry’s leading apprenticeship experts, specializing in working with employers, workforce systems, and training providers to deploy programs built on best practices, yet tailored specifically to meet the unique goals of each program.

A long-time apprenticeship lead for Microsoft UK, Dom empowered young people to find careers in digital technology. He remains committed to offering modern apprenticeships as a viable and competitive option to anyone seeking career security and success.

His experience as a consultant to government departments led to the development of commercial IT training and Digital Tech Apprenticeships. Further, as a trustee of UFI Charitable Trust, Dom helps to improve vocational skills in the UK’s workforce by funding digital solutions for vocational learning.

Dom’s proven track record in planning and implementing successful IT apprenticeship programs speaks for itself: his leadership of the Microsoft Apprenticeship Program resulted in over 11,000 apprentices starting their new careers with 7,500 Microsoft partners and customers across the UK.

His expertise has positioned him to represent Microsoft in policy groups, such as the City and Guilds Industry Skills Board, as well as playing a valuable role in developing current UK apprenticeship reforms.

Dom is an amateur kickboxer who loves spending time with his wife and two boys. You can often find him enjoying a pint at his local pub.
