You must be a U.S. Citizen.
You must have a high school diploma.
You must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
You must speak English.
You must reside in or be willing to locate to Missouri.

If you meet all eligibility requirements, as described above, a Franklin Career Agent will review your application. If our Career Agent determines that there is a potential fit, you will be contacted by email to schedule a brief introductory interview.

During your phone meeting, a Franklin Career Agent will gathermore details about your background and interests and answer some general questions about the program. If you and your Franklin Career Agent determine mutual interest, you will be invited to an in-depth video interview.
During your video interview, your Agent will help prepare you for the next steps including tips and training for employer interviews. Once you have completed your video interview, your Career Agent can begin sharing your resume with potential employers.
Note: This step is not the employer interview.
