As CEO of Franklin Apprenticeships, Kim plans to ignite a modern American Apprenticeship movement. Working in partnership with Businesses, Educators, Families, and Economic and Workforce Development Agencies, she spearheads the first US-based firm dedicated solely to delivering on the promise for expansion of Apprenticeship Programs.
Kim brings 20 plus years of experience as an execution leader for large-scale business practices. Her work defining business vision, mission, and strategy for both private and public entities offers U.S. Employers, Training Providers and Intermediaries, and Workforce and Economic Development Departments the insight to leverage the best practices of successful apprenticeships programs adopted by other countries.
A Track Record of Success
Kim has a track record of delivering results. For instance, as a partner in SC&H Group’s Recovery Audit practice, she generated tens of millions of dollars in revenue with clients such as AOL, Charles Schwab, Chevron, Dow Chemical, Honeywell, McKesson, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, and Yahoo.
Similarly, Kim significantly grew the firm’s State and Local Tax practice, winning SC&H Group’s largest account at the time. Also, as head of SC&H Group’s sales and marketing teams, Kim drove new business growth, successfully rebranded the firm, and was named the first female member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to SC&H Group, Kim served as senior auditor at an international accounting firm and Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations for Youth Services International. While in these roles, her strategic leadership and broad business perspective allowed her to implement best practices, establish partnerships, and drive growth.
