About the Sales Operating Analyst Role 

Department: Sales | Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer 

You will be responsible for reporting on all sales activities. Partnering with the Sales, Talent Solutions, and Operations teams, you will ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis across all sales-related metrics.

What you need to do 

  • Create and maintain reporting on all sales metrics, including time to close renewals, and other KPIs.
  • Become an expert in ZOHO CRM to generate analysis reports, to enhance data reporting and data management.
  • Support Contract Management, including workflow, contract processing through the procurement process.
  • Analyze and report on sales KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Lead process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support.
  • Create and manage standard operating procedures pertaining to all aspects of reporting.
  • Support Sales Enablement for reporting metrics and processes.

  • You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • 2+ years of Sales operations experience
  • Experience using ZOHO CRM is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
  • Precise attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Strong aptitude for learning new things.
