- A typical role involves answering incoming customer support calls by phone, chat and email
- Sometimes involves field tech work or hands-on bench tech work
- Must be accurate and organized, handling service tickets and recording the results up to 60 times daily
- Full-time, paid employment with three pay raises in the first year
- Four hours per week of classroom training, built into your workday schedule
- Personal coaching weekly to monitor progress
- Your Personal Success Coach will focus not only on your technical skills, but on the communication and people skills that will make you more valuable to employers
